How the money works
The client pays into escrow before the work starts, and the creative can see it is there. It leaves once — to the creative when the work is approved, or by a decision a person at Ganyu Hub makes if the two sides disagree.
Held before work begins. Neither side can move it.
Paid out to Airtel Money, Mpamba or a bank when the client approves.
The money stays put while someone at Ganyu Hub reads both sides.
